„Batgirl” to zapowiedziany przez platformę HBO Max film, którego reżyserią zajmuje się duet w składzie Adil El Arbi i Bilall Fallah. Filmowcy mają na swoim koncie m.in. „Bad Boys for Life”.

Szczegóły fabularne projektu „Batgirl” są trzymane w tajemnicy. Potwierdzono jedynie, że akcja osadzona jest tym samym uniwersum, co pozostałe widowiska DCEU w reżyserii Zacka Snydera. W filmie pojawi się J.K. Simmons jako Komisarz Gordon i Michael Keaton, który jako Batman/Bruce Wayne ma się też pojawić w kinowym widowisku „The Flash” (2022)
